For the High Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC) upgrade in 2028, the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) experiment at CERN will replace its silicon tracker. An integral piece of this tracker upgrade is the Outer Tracker, which for the first time will allow CMS to make Level 1 Trigger decisions with tracking information, and therefore select events in new ways. The CMS Outer Tracker team at Fermilab spent much of the summer of 2023 at the Fermilab Test Beam Facility, characterizing the behavior of a partially irradiated Pixel-Strip (PS) module, which will make up part of the Outer Tracker. The tests of each portion of this module involved many challenges that will be discussed, but were essential to understanding the PS module completely, and this work has given the project a reference resource for understanding the PS module performance throughout its whole lifetime inside the HL-LHC.
