We also show Re-FeFETs' potential as reconfigurable logic functions, demonstrating polymorphic Ferroelectric NAND/AND logic-in-memory, and XNOR electric logic with long retention times exceeding 10^4 seconds. The Re-FeFET circuit is impressively compact, reducing the transistor count by up to 80% compared to standard CMOS designs. These 2D van der Waals Re-FeFETs hold promise for future electronics, especially in energy-efficient in-memory computing and machine learning hardware.
